  • cheddar cheese: 0.25 cup (shredded)
  • egg: 1 piece (beaten)
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • butter: 1 Tbsp
  • to 3/4 cup all-purpose flour as needed: 0.5 cup (optional)

  1. Mix potatoes, cheese, beaten egg, and salt in a medium bowl until well combined. If the mixture is very wet, mix in flour as needed to bind mixture together.
