This chocolate zucchini cake is moist and fudgy with crunchy walnuts in every bite! You can frost it with chocolate frosting or cream cheese icing.

  • unsweetened cocoa powder: 0.75 cup
  • baking soda: 2 tsp
  • baking powder: 1 tsp
  • ground cinnamon: 1 tsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • ½ cups vegetable oil: 1 piece
  • eggs: 4 piece
  • zucchini: 3 cups (grated)
  • walnuts: 0.75 cup (chopped)
