Churros is a traditional Spanish dish, which consists of simple ingredients and is very easy to cook. The dish looks extraordinary and will certainly appeal to your friends and family!


  • sugar : 4 Tbsp
  • salt : 0.5 tsp
  • water : 500 ml
  • whole-wheat flour : 500 g

Stages of cooking

  1. Add salt into water and wait until it boils. Add flour and mix everything well to prevent the formation of crumbs. The best way to do that is to use a mixer

  2. Cover the pot with a towel and wait until it cools down a bit. Take the pastry bag and fill it with the dough. Then heat the oil on the frying pan

  3. Press out the dough into the frying pan as it is shown on the photo

  4. Fry on the well-heated oil until your Churros become golden. Turn onto another side.

  5. Put your Churros on the paper towels to get rid of extra oil. Cut into equal parts about 8-10 cm each and dredge with sugar. If you wish, you can melt chocolate and pour the dessert with it! Enjoy!
