Light and easy Cool Whip cookies made with lemon cake mix.

  • frozen whipped topping: 1 container (8 ounce container, thawed)
  • eggs: 2 piece
  • lemon cake mix: 1 pack (15.25 ounce pack)
  • confectioners' sugar for decoration: 0.33333 cup

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease baking sheets.
