These muffins are perfect for coffee and non-coffee lovers alike. With the rich and bold flavors of instant dark roast coffee, these muffins are perfect for breakfast or as a mid-day snack.

Ingredients

  • all-purpose flour: 2 cups
  • granulated sugar: 0.5 cup
  • baking powder: 1 Tbsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • instant dark roast coffee: 1 Tbsp
  • egg: 1 piece (beaten)
  • unsalted butter: 0.5 cup (melted)
  • milk: 1 cup
  • heavy cream: 0.25 cup

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and instant dark roast coffee in a large bowl.
