  • sesame oil: 4 tsp

  • sashimi-grade salmon, cut into small cubes: 0.75 pound
  • avocado: 1 piece (sliced, to taste)
  • red bell pepper: 1 piece (sliced, to taste)
  • shelled edamame: 0.25 cup (to taste)
  • sheets dried seaweed: 4 piece (cut into strips, to taste)
  • pickled ginger: 1 Tbsp (to taste)
  • furikake (Japanese nori seasoning): 1 Tbsp (to taste)
  • green onion: 2 Tbsp (to taste, chopped)
  • sesame seeds: 1 Tbsp (to taste)

  1. Divide rice among 4 bowls.
