This baked tilapia recipe is super easy. It only takes a few minutes to prepare, uses few ingredients, and is flavorful.

Ingredients

  • fillets tilapia: 4 piece (4 ounce)
  • butter: 2 tsp
  • garlic salt: 0.5 tsp (to taste)
  • seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®): 0.25 tsp (to taste)
  • lemon: 1 piece (sliced)
  • frozen cauliflower with broccoli and red pepper: 1 pack (16 ounce pack)
  • salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)
