These refried beans are perfect if you don't like the canned ones and you're short on time. They're easy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • canola oil: 2 Tbsp
  • garlic cloves: 2 piece (peeled)
  • pinto beans: 2 cans (15 ounce cans)
  • cumin: 1 tsp
  • chili powder: 1 tsp
  • salt: (to taste)
  • lime: 0.5 piece (juiced)

  1. Heat canola oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
