We have these sausage-stuffed mushrooms at most of our neighborhood gatherings. Everyone always asks for them!

Ingredients

  • mushrooms: 24 piece (stems removed, or more if needed)
  • bulk hot Italian sausage: 1 pound
  • onion: 1 piece (diced)
  • ounces grated Parmesan cheese: 4 piece (divided)
  • Italian bread crumbs: 0.25 cup
  • garlic: 1 tsp (minced)
  • fresh parsley: 1 tsp (chopped)
