A rich and creamy Swedish meatball sauce makes a comforting meal when served over pre-cooked meatballs. This quick and easy recipe makes a generous amount of sauce for 10 ounces of frozen meatballs. Serve over egg noodles or rice.

  • beef stock: 1 cup
  • heavy cream: 1 cup
  • all-purpose flour: 3 Tbsp
  • soy sauce: 1 Tbsp
  • ground black pepper: 0.5 tsp (to taste)
  • rosemary: 0.5 tsp (crushed, to taste, dried)
  • ounces frozen cooked meatballs: 10 piece (thawed)
