These tuna patties are delicious dipped in ketchup, mustard, or hot sauce. They are also great served as a hot sandwich.

Ingredients

  • eggs: 2 piece
  • lemon juice: 2 tsp
  • Italian-seasoned bread crumbs: 10 Tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese: 3 Tbsp (grated)
  • tuna: 3 cans (5 ounce cans, drained)
  • onion: 3 Tbsp (diced)
  • pinch ground black pepper: 1 piece
  • vegetable oil: 3 Tbsp
