  • cherry tomatoes: 200 g
  • chicken broth: 1 cup (may be replaced with water)
  • garlic: 2 clove
  • oregano: 1 Tbsp (fresh oregano)
  • parmesan: 5 Tbsp (grated)
  • pasta: 400 g (PENNE RIGATE is used in the recipe)
  • olive oil: 2 Tbsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp

  1. Put the cherry, olive oil and garlic, in a heated stewpan. Salt and fry for a couple of minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.

  2. As the garlic reddens and tomatoes begin to burst, pour in chicken broth. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
