Very flavorful and spicy. You'll never know this fettuccine with red bell pepper sauce is a healthy dish. You can also add some cut-up grilled chicken.

Ingredients

  • ounces dry fettuccine pasta: 12 piece
  • red bell peppers: 2 piece (julienned)
  • garlic: 3 clove (minced)
  • cayenne pepper: 0.75 tsp
  • reduced fat sour cream: 1 cup
  • chicken broth: 0.75 cup
  • Parmesan cheese: 0.75 cup (grated)
  • salt and pepper: (to taste)

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
