Very tasty fruit salad which will be great both in summer and winter. At first glance it seems that the salad is rustic, but thanks to mascarpone cream it has a delicious, very noble taste. Fruit Salad with Mascarpone is perfect as a light dessert or breakfast.
- orange : 1 piece
- apple : 1 piece
- pear : 1 piece
- sugar powder : 3 tsp
- mascarpone : 125 g
- cream : 70 g (33% fat)
- lemon juice : 1 Tbsp
Stages of cooking
Peel orange, apple and pear, cut into small cubes.
Prepare the dressing: lightly whip mascarpone at room temperature and cream in a container; you can use a hand whisk. Add lemon juice and powdered sugar, mix.
Fold the fruit mixture onto a strainer to drain excess liquid.
Put some fruit through the ring, tamp, then cream, and fruit again. Press flat with a glass bottom, remove the ring. By the way, a plastic bottle cut from both sides is perfect as a culinary ring!
