Fruit salads are always tasty, aromatic, light and healthy. This one is not an exception and it also looks great! The ingredients of the salad will appeal both to adults and kids, so hurry up to cook it right away!

Ingredients

  • milk : 200 ml
  • tangerine : 2 piece
  • banana : 1.5 piece
  • apple juice : 100 ml (fresh)
  • orange juice : 100 ml (fresh)
  • cream : 50 ml
  • sugar : 1 tsp
  • flour : 2 Tbsp
  • oil : 2 Tbsp
  • egg : 1 piece
  • salt : 0.5 tsp

Stages of cooking

  1. Bake thin pancakes on oil.

  2. Cut them into strips.

  3.  You can also roll the pancake strips and place them into a bowl.

  4. Take a stick and roll each pancake strip around the stick. Place into the microwave oven for 40 seconds.

  6.  Cut half of the banana and tangerines.

  7. Fill the wine glass with the pancakes and fruit.

  8. Now, let’s cook the dressing. Mix apple and orange juice and blend it with the rest of the banana.

  10. Add the dressing to the wine glass with fruit and pancakes.
