This perfectly seasoned grilled sea bass dish includes a delicious garlic-parsley butter. Serve with steamed or grilled asparagus for a truly flavorful summer meal that's elegant enough to serve to guests.

Ingredients

  • garlic powder: 0.25 tsp
  • onion powder: 0.25 tsp
  • paprika: 0.25 tsp
  • lemon pepper: (to taste)
  • sea salt: (to taste)
  • sea bass: 2 pound
  • butter: 3 Tbsp
  • cloves garlic: 2 piece (chopped)
  • Italian flat leaf parsley: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
  • ½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil: 1 piece

  2. Preheat grill for high heat.

  3. In a small bowl, stir together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon pepper, and sea salt.

  5. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter with the garlic and parsley. Remove from heat when the butter has melted, and set aside. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios

  6. Lightly oil grill grate. Grill fish for 7 minutes, then turn and drizzle with butter. Continue cooking for 7 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork. Drizzle with olive oil before serving. DOTDASH MEREDITH FOOD STUDIOS
