  • onion: 1 piece (chopped)
  • lean ground beef: 1 pound
  • basil: 1 tsp (dried)
  • green beans: 1 cup
  • tomatoes: 1 cup (diced)
  • clove garlic: 1 piece (minced)
  • potatoes, cooked and: 2 piece (mashed)
  • water: 0.5 cup
  • egg: 1 piece (beaten)
  • cheddar cheese: 0.25 cup (shredded, optional)

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
