It is so hard to find a true Maryland crab cake recipe out there. This is basically the recipe my grandmother used, but I've tweaked it just a bit. I also usually double the recipe.

Ingredients

  • egg: 1 piece
  • Worcestershire sauce: 1 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise: 1 Tbsp
  • parsley flakes: 1 Tbsp (dried)
  • seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®): 1 tsp
  • baking powder: 1 tsp
  • salt: 0.25 tsp
  • slices white bread, crusts removed: 2 piece
  • crabmeat: 1 pound (fresh)
