This cilantro lime rice is easy and delicious! Great with salmon, chicken, or turkey tacos.

  • water: 2 cups
  • kosher salt: 1 tsp
  • long-grain white rice: 1 cup
  • butter: 1 Tbsp
  • cilantro: 0.5 cup (chopped)
  • lime juice: 2 Tbsp (fresh)
  • lime zest: 1 tsp
