These make-ahead fruity Greek yogurt parfaits are perfect for an easy grab-and-go, high-protein breakfast!

Ingredients

  • nonfat plain Greek yogurt: 4 cups
  • granular sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®): 1 cup
  • ½ teaspoons vanilla extract: 1 piece
  • granola cereal: 2 cups
  • frozen mixed fruit, no sugar added: 8 cups

  1. Combine yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Stir well.
