This beef meatball recipe is a compilation of many, many meatball recipes to finally achieve what I was looking for... Meatball Nirvana! Cover with your favorite red sauce and serve with pasta or in crusty garlic bread rolls.

Ingredients

  • extra lean ground beef: 1 pound
  • onion: 1 piece (diced)
  • seasoned bread crumbs: 0.5 cup
  • skim milk: 0.33333 cup
  • Parmesan cheese: 0.25 cup (grated)
  • ½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce: 1 piece
  • ½ teaspoons Italian seasoning: 1 piece
  • oregano: 0.75 tsp (dried)
  • red pepper flakes: 0.75 tsp (crushed)
  • sea salt: 0.5 tsp
  • garlic salt: 0.5 tsp
  • dash hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®): 1 piece (to taste)

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
