This mincemeat cookie recipe was handed down to me by my great-grandmother. If you like Christmas mince pies, you'll love these mincemeat cookies!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups packed brown sugar: 1 piece
  • butter: 1 cup
  • egg: 1 piece
  • prepared mincemeat pie filling: 2 cups
  • ¼ cups all-purpose flour: 3 piece
  • salt: 0.25 tsp
  • ½ teaspoons baking soda: 1 piece

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
