Pork chops with cream of mushroom soup are quick and easy, but very delicious. One of my family's favorites served over brown rice.

Ingredients

  • pork chops: 4 piece
  • salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)
  • pinch garlic salt: 1 piece (to taste)
  • mushrooms: 0.5 pound (sliced, fresh)
  • onion: 1 piece (chopped)
  • condensed cream of mushroom soup: 1 can (10.75 ounce can)

  1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
