Hands-down my most favorite dip!

Ingredients

  • chickpeas: 1 can (15 ounce can, drained and rinsed)
  • garlic: 2 clove (minced)
  • lemon, zested: 1 piece
  • lemon juice: 2 Tbsp
  • vegetable bouillon: 1 tsp
  • water: 4 Tbsp (or as needed)
  • tamari: 1 tsp (optional)

  1. Combine chickpeas, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and bouillon in a food processor. Process until smooth. Add water as needed if hummus is too thick. Add tamari to taste.
