An easy chicken casserole with lots of flavor.

Ingredients

  • olive oil: 4 tsp
  • sour cream: 6 Tbsp
  • ounces shredded Cheddar cheese: 4 piece
  • sliced mushrooms: 2 cups (fresh)
  • salsa: 1 jar (16 ounce jar)
  • white rice: 2 cups (cooked)
  • ounces boneless chicken breast halves: 8 piece (diced)

  1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Saute mushrooms.
