Serve this Philadelphia cream cheese ball on special occasions with whole wheat crackers, pita chips, and cut-up celery.

Ingredients

  • Philadelphia cream cheese: 2 packages (8 ounce packages, softened)
  • Kraft shredded sharp Cheddar cheese: 2 packages (8 ounce packages)
  • onion: 1 Tbsp (finely chopped)
  • red bell pepper: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
  • Worcestershire sauce: 2 tsp
  • lemon juice: 1 tsp
  • dash ground red pepper: 1 piece
  • dash salt: 1 piece
  • Planters pecans: 1 cup (chopped)

  1. Beat cream cheese and Cheddar cheese in a bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Mix in onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and salt. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
