I made this smoothie with peanut butter but it can be made with powdered peanut butter for a lower calorie smoothie.

Ingredients

  • frozen strawberries: 6 piece (to taste)
  • milk: 0.75 cup
  • ½ tablespoons peanut butter: 1 piece
  • blue agave nectar: 1 Tbsp (to taste)
  • flax seeds: 1 Tbsp
