These moist muffins are packed with delicious pumpkin flavor with plenty of spice to make you drool while they cook. My kids love these!

Ingredients

  • cooking spray:
  • pumpkin puree: 1 can (15 ounce can)
  • butter: 0.75 cup (melted)
  • brown sugar: 0.75 cup
  • water: 0.25 cup
  • eggs: 2 piece
  • vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • ¾ cups all-purpose flour: 1 piece
  • white sugar: 0.5 cup
  • pumpkin pie spice: 2 tsp
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • baking soda: 1 tsp
  • ground cinnamon: 1 tsp
  • baking powder: 0.25 tsp

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 14 muffin cups or line with paper liners sprayed with cooking spray.

  2. Mix pumpkin puree, butter, brown sugar, water, eggs, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl.

  3. Mix flour, white sugar, pumpkin spice, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and baking powder together in a separate bowl. Pour into pumpkin mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
