  • sirloin steak, cut into 1/8-inch strips: 1 pound
  • pinch meat tenderizer: 1 piece
  • splash olive oil: 1 piece
  • onion: 1 piece (sliced)
  • bell pepper: 0.5 cup (minced)
  • italian seasoning: 1 tsp (to taste)
  • ground black pepper: (to taste)
  • canned sliced mushrooms: 2 cups
  • (12 count) package Hawaiian-style dinner rolls, sliced in half: 1 piece
  • slices provolone cheese: 8 piece

  1. Set oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler. Mix steak and meat tenderizer together in a bowl.
