  • water: 2 cups
  • part-skim ricotta cheese: 1 cup
  • reduced-fat Parmesan cheese: 2 Tbsp (grated)
  • ounces uncooked ziti pasta: 12 piece
  • part-skim mozzarella cheese: 0.75 cup (shredded)

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
