This salad is fast and easy to prepare but does not hold well and is best if eaten immediately!

Ingredients

  • head cabbage: 0.5 piece (chopped)
  • ramen noodles: 1 pack (3 ounce pack, crushed)
  • sunflower seeds: 0.5 cup
  • vegetable oil: 0.5 cup
  • white sugar: 3 Tbsp
  • distilled white vinegar: 3 Tbsp

  1. Toss together the cabbage, noodles and sunflower seeds or almonds.
