This ramen noodle coleslaw is nothing like the mayonnaise-based slaws that most people think of.

Ingredients

  • medium head cabbage: 0.5 piece (shredded)
  • green onions: 5 piece (chopped)
  • chicken flavored ramen noodles, crushed, seasoning packet reserved: 1 pack (3 ounce pack)
  • almonds: 0.25 cup (sliced)
  • sesame seeds: 2 Tbsp
  • white wine vinegar: 3 Tbsp
  • vegetable oil: 2 Tbsp
  • white sugar: 2 Tbsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • ground black pepper: 0.5 tsp
