Rice pudding in a rice cooker is easy! Serve with extra cinnamon sprinkled on top if desired.

Ingredients

  • skim milk: 8 cups (divided)
  • short-grain white rice: 2 cups
  • white sugar: 1 cup
  • ground cinnamon: 0.5 tsp

  1. Stir 5 1/2 cups milk, rice, sugar, and cinnamon together in a rice cooker. Cover and cook for one cycle until tender and creamy, about 20 minutes. Stir in remaining 2 1/2 cups milk.
