A crab, shrimp and cream cheese filling nestled in mushrooms caps. They go together like the sea and the land, so hand them out at your next party!

Ingredients

  • mushrooms: 2 pound (stems removed, fresh)
  • cream cheese: 2 packages (8 ounce packages, softened)
  • green onions: 2 piece (chopped)
  • imitation crabmeat: 0.25 pound
  • small shrimp: 0.25 pound (peeled and deveined)
  • green onion dip mix: 2 packages (1 ounce packages)
  • dash garlic powder: 1 piece
  • salt and pepper: (to taste)

  1. In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese, green onions, crab, shrimp, dip mix, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix all together and chill mixture for about 1 hour. Spoon mixture into clean mushroom caps to stuff and serve.
