Creamy and yummy, and very easy to make.

Ingredients

  • celery: 0.5 cup (sliced)
  • onion: 0.33333 cup (finely diced)
  • margarine: 2 Tbsp
  • cream cheese: 1 pack (8 ounce pack, diced)
  • milk: 1 cup
  • ½ cups cubed potatoes: 1 piece
  • frozen cooked shrimp: 0.5 pound (drained)
  • dry white wine: 2 Tbsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp

  1. In a large stock pot saute celery and onions in margarine.

  2. Add cream cheese and milk; and stir over low heat until cream cheese is completely melted.
