This lobster scampi is a simple recipe that uses pre-cooked lobster. It's quick and delicious! You can substitute shrimp or scallops for the lobster. This recipe is really suited to your tastes, which is why so many of the measurements are approximate. I have made this often and never measure anything, and it comes out delicious every time! Serve over your choice of cooked pasta.

Ingredients

  • butter: 0.75 cup
  • ½ tablespoons minced garlic: 1 piece (to taste)
  • ½ pounds cooked lobster meat: 1 piece (cut into bite-size pieces)
  • white wine: 0.5 cup (to taste)
  • lemon juice: 1 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese: 0.25 cup (to taste, grated)
  • bread crumbs: 0.5 cup (or more if needed)

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir until fragrant, about 2 to 3 minutes.
