  • ½ tablespoons olive oil: 1 piece
  • shrimp: 1 pound (peeled and deveined)
  • salt: (to taste)
  • garlic, finely: 6 clove (minced)
  • red pepper flakes: 0.25 tsp
  • lemon juice: 3 Tbsp
  • caper brine: 1 Tbsp
  • butter, cut into 4 equal pieces: 2 Tbsp (divided, cold)
  • flat-leaf parsley: 0.33333 cup (divided, chopped)
  • water: 1 tsp (or as needed)
