  • raw whole pumpkin seeds, washed and: 2 cups (dried)
  • ground cinnamon: 1 tsp
  • ground nutmeg: 0.25 tsp
  • maple syrup: 2 Tbsp

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
