A spicy, molasses-y, and slightly tangy overnight oat recipe!

Ingredients

  • milk: 0.5 cup
  • rolled oats: 0.5 cup
  • plain Greek yogurt: 0.25 cup
  • brown sugar: 1 Tbsp
  • flaxseed meal: 1 Tbsp
  • molasses: 1 tsp
  • vanilla extract: 0.25 tsp
  • ground cinnamon: 0.25 tsp
  • ground ginger: 0.25 tsp
  • pinch salt: 1 piece
  • pinch ground nutmeg: 1 piece
  • pinch ground cloves: 1 piece
  • pinch ground allspice: 1 piece
  • raisins: 3 Tbsp (optional)
  • walnuts: 3 Tbsp (chopped, optional)

  1. Combine milk, oats, yogurt, brown sugar, flaxseed meal, molasses, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, salt, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice in a glass container.
