This meatloaf with stuffing mix is easy to make for a super savory meatloaf!

  • chicken-flavored bread stuffing mix (such as Kraft® Stove Top®): 0.75 cup
  • egg: 1 piece
  • mozzarella cheese: 1 cup (to taste, shredded)
