This is a copycat Tom Cruise cake, aka the white chocolate coconut Bundt cake that Tom Cruise sends every Christmas to a select list of friends — it is definitely worth jumping on a couch for in my opinion!

Ingredients

  • all-purpose flour, plus more for flouring the pan: 3 cups
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • baking powder: 0.5 tsp
  • white sugar: 3 cups
  • unsalted butter: 1 cup (softened)
  • eggs, at room temperature: 6 piece
  • vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • coconut extract: 1 tsp
  • sour cream: 1 cup
  • sweetened flaked coconut: 2 cups
  • white chocolate chips: 1 cup
  • ounces cream cheese, at room temperature: 4 piece
  • unsalted butter: 0.25 cup (softened)
  • vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • salt: 0.125 tsp
  • powdered sugar: 2 cups
  • heavy cream: 2 Tbsp
  • ½ cups sweetened flaked coconut: 1 piece
