A quick and easy vegan sugar cookie rolled in cinnamon sugar. Super moist and so delicious!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups whole wheat flour: 1 piece
  • white sugar: 0.5 cup
  • baking soda: 0.5 tsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • vegetable oil: 0.5 cup
  • applesauce: 1 container (4 ounce container)
  • vanilla-flavored almond milk: 1 Tbsp
  • vanilla extract: 1 Tbsp
  • cinnamon-sugar: 0.5 cup

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
