Chicken patties are a great alternative to chicken nuggets. Change up your dinner routine with these crispy fritters. Kids will love them, and leftovers are great in sandwiches. Serve with chips and a salad.

Ingredients

  • ounces ground chicken: 18 piece
  • onion: 1 piece (chopped)
  • bunch fresh parsley: 1 piece (chopped)
  • egg: 1 piece
  • garlic: 2 clove (crushed, to taste)
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper: (to taste)
  • mayonnaise: 2 Tbsp
  • all-purpose flour: 0.25 cup (or as needed)
  • vegetable oil: 3 Tbsp

  1. Combine chicken, onion, parsley, egg, garlic, sea salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix well. Add mayonnaise and stir to combine; the mixture will be quite soft.
