  • hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot): 0.75 cup
  • cream cheese: 2 packages (8 ounce packages, softened)
  • ranch dressing: 1 cup
  • ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese: 1 piece
  • bunch celery, cut into 4-inch pieces: 1 piece
  • chicken-flavored crackers: 1 box (8 ounce box)
