Tender chicken, broccoli, and cheese in a casserole equals super comfort food, but you don't mind because it has broccoli, right? My grandmother passed this recipe down, and it's a family favorite ever since! I typically serve this over rice, but it is just as good by itself.

Ingredients

  • shredded chicken: 3 cups (cooked)
  • chopped broccoli: 2 cups (cooked)
  • condensed cream of chicken soup: 2 cans (10.5 ounce cans)
  • sour cream: 0.5 cup
  • pinch ground black pepper: 1 piece (to taste)
  • 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese: 2 piece
  • 1/2 cups bread crumbs: 1 piece
  • salted butter: 0.25 cup (melted)

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
