This Easter breakfast casserole with hash browns, bacon, and green bell pepper is looked forward to every holiday in our house. It is so delicious!

Ingredients

  • cooking spray:
  • bacon: 1 pound
  • eggs: 8 piece
  • milk: 2 cups
  • cheddar cheese: 3 cups (shredded)
  • onion: 0.25 cup (diced)
  • green bell pepper: 0.25 cup (diced)
  • frozen hash brown potatoes: 1 pack (16 ounce pack, thawed)

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 7x11-inch casserole dish.
