This a really easy sweet and sour chicken recipe that the whole family will enjoy! Serve over rice.

  • all-purpose flour: 3 Tbsp
  • garlic powder: 0.5 tsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • ground black pepper: 0.5 tsp
  • skinless, boneless chicken breast halves: 1 pound (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • vegetable oil: 3 Tbsp (divided)
  • celery ribs: 3 piece (sliced)
  • green bell peppers: 2 piece (diced)
  • onion: 1 piece (chopped)
  • ketchup: 0.5 cup
  • lemon juice: 0.5 cup
  • pineapple with syrup: 0.5 cup (crushed)
  • packed brown sugar: 0.33333 cup

  1. Combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Roll chicken in flour mixture to coat.
