This garlic shrimp is the perfect weeknight meal for busy families. It's quick, easy, and loaded with buttery garlic flavor. Serve over cauliflower rice.

Ingredients

  • butter: 0.25 cup (divided)
  • garlic: 2 Tbsp (chopped)
  • shrimp: 1 pound (peeled and deveined)
  • seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®): 1 Tbsp
  • parsley: 1 Tbsp (to taste, chopped, optional)
  • lemon, cut into wedges: 1 piece (or as needed, optional)

  1. Heat 3 tablespoons butter in a cast iron skillet. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
