A classic creamy kohlrabi slaw recipe loaded with veggies!

Ingredients

  • cabbage: 2 cups (chopped)
  • kohlrabi bulbs: 4 piece (grated)
  • stalks celery, sliced thin: 2 piece
  • carrots, sliced thin: 2 piece
  • fresh onion: 2 Tbsp (minced)
  • white sugar: 0.33333 cup
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • ground black pepper: 0.125 tsp
  • celery seed: 0.125 tsp
  • mayonnaise: 0.5 cup
  • ½ teaspoons apple cider vinegar: 4 piece

  1. Toss cabbage, kohlrabi, celery, carrot, and onion together in a large bowl.
