  • onions: 2 piece (chopped)
  • dry white wine: 1 cup
  • soy sauce: 0.25 cup
  • lemon juice: 0.25 cup (fresh)
  • honey: 1 Tbsp
  • olive oil: 1 Tbsp
  • garlic: 2 tsp (minced)
  • ground cinnamon: 1 tsp
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • ground black pepper: 1 tsp

  1. Place lamb ribs in a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  2. Combine onions, white wine, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, olive oil, garlic, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix well, then pour mixture all over lamb. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
